Factory Sealed cd. Released in 2016 by Quartet records. Contains the full presentation of Riz Ortolani's score for Antonio Margheriti's iconic 1963 Italian horror movie. Ortolani utilized jazz for this film a very odd decision that nevertheless had a very positive impact on the movie, combined with the heavy on brass orchestral parts. The score also have its romantic moments that Ortolani was famous for during his great career, plus some very effective suspensful theremin parts! The first cd presents the score as it was released on album in 1963 by CAM, while the second cd presents for the first time the score as it was used in the movie. The limited edition of 300 copies is already sold out.
