IL VIAGGIO/AMANTI (2CD - SEALED)

Factory Sealed cd. Released by Quartet Records in 2016. The cd contains the music composed by Manuel De Sica, for two movies directed by his father Vittorio, AMANTI (1968) and IL VIAGGIO (1974). The music for these two films had been released in the past on cd, however the Quartet release offers the full score for the two movies, remastered and expanded. For IL VIAGGIO the release offers the program of the 1974 LP plus about an hour of the film score, while for AMANTI offers around 22 minutes of music. The gifted composer added to the drama of his father's movies with his clear melodic lines and complex orchestrations. The limited edition cd has sold out and becomes increasingly hard to find.
