Mint cd. Released in 2007 by the Varese Sarabande cd club. The cd contains two original scores by Elmer Bernstein for the movies THE CARETAKERS (1963) and THE YOUNG DOCTORS (1961). Premiere release of both scores on cd, although THE CARETAKERS was released on LP in 1963 with the score being adapted in the studio for this record release. Dynamic blend of orchestra and rhythm by the great composer, a great addition to his amazing discography. The limited edition of 1500 copies sold out.
